Juneteenth Wellness & Heritage: The Premier Cottage Food Pop-Up & Bake-Off

Welcome to the inaugural Juneteenth Wellness Pop-Up in East Downtown Dearborn—an immersive evening where Black excellence meets nutritional innovation. This is not just a market; it is a curated celebration of history, community resilience, and the art of the homemade good.

Join us on June 19th from 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM for an evening dedicated to reclaiming our health traditions through the lens of modern wellness.

Admission: $15

Your $15 admission fee directly supports our mission to promote wellness entrepreneurship in East Downtown Dearborn. This ticket contributes to the event production, the competition prize fund, and allows us to provide a high-quality environment to showcase the amazing talent of our local home bakers. We are calling on the region’s most talented home artisans to compete in four prestigious categories in partnership with GODS WALKING CLUB. Each challenge is designed to showcase the intersection of ancestral ingredients and optimal health.

This event celebrates high-quality, safe, and professional craftsmanship. All entries must adhere to Michigan Cottage Food Law:

• Shelf-Stability Only: All entries must be non-potentially hazardous (no dairy, custard, or meat).
• Artisanal Integrity: Ingredients must be listed in full. Each entry should represent the baker's highest standard of quality and wellness.
• Direct Interaction: This pop-up provides a rare opportunity to meet the makers, learn about their nutritional philosophy, and taste the difference of true "cottage" excellence.
