About this Event

Join us for one of the premier Juneteenth celebrations in Las Vegas, bringing together Black history, culture, community, education, and entrepreneurship for an unforgettable afternoon of learning, connection, and celebration.

This special Juneteenth Las Vegas event features Civil Rights Leader Baba Mukasa, whose decades of leadership, advocacy, and community organizing have helped preserve the stories, lessons, and legacy of the Civil Rights Movement for future generations.

As we commemorate Juneteenth and the enduring pursuit of freedom, attendees will have the opportunity to hear firsthand reflections on leadership, community empowerment, cultural preservation, and the importance of understanding African American history through the voices of those who lived it.


Featured Presentation

Baba Mukasa will share personal experiences, historical insights, and lessons learned from a lifetime of service, offering a rare opportunity to connect with a living voice of the Civil Rights Movement. His message bridges the past and present, helping attendees understand how the pursuit of justice, education, and community empowerment continues to shape the future.


Juneteenth Marketplace Featuring Black-Owned Businesses

In addition to the featured speaker, guests are invited to explore a vibrant Juneteenth Marketplace showcasing Juneteenth vendors, Black-owned businesses, Black entrepreneurs, authors, artists, apparel brands, community organizations, and cultural exhibitors from across the community.

This Black Business Marketplace is designed to connect attendees with local entrepreneurs while celebrating Black culture, African American history, creativity, innovation, and economic empowerment.
