-Family Center:
Celebrate Juneteenth with your family and create a work of art together in the Family Center!
-Outreach Art Activity:
Explore a hands-on Juneteenth art activity designed to spark creativity and personal expression. The Outreach team will be on hand to guide participants as they experiment with color, pattern, and design, offering a flexible project that welcomes all ages and skill levels.
-Performances:
Experience music written by African American Composers and other songs performed by Ebone Waweru featuring Bradley Baker, and Nate Leonard
-Sensory Friendly Area:
Take a moment to unwind in our calming Sensory Area, designed as a quiet space away from the bustle of the event. This area offers a peaceful environment where guests can relax, reset, and take a break from stimulation before rejoining the festivities.
-Food Trucks:
Grab a bite from local community food trucks serving up crowd favorites and fresh flavors. Whether you’re in the mood for something hearty or something sweet, it’s the perfect way to enjoy great food while supporting local businesses.
-Community Artist Showcase: Meet the Artist:
Visit the Education Wing Hallway to meet Community Artists and learn about the tools and techniques that inspire their artwork.
