Slavery was the economic tool that White Americans used to build America up to what it is today. It’s time to level the playing field! We want Black businesses to start. And, we want Black businesses to last! We anticipate Juneteenth generate over a million dollars of spending in short window of time between May and June!
The State of Black Economics is a series of workshops for early-stage MWDBEs (Minority, Women, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises) to get access to the information and resources they’ll need to capitalize on the Juneteenth business boom, and, to stay in the game for the long-haul! We want to ensure that minority and women owned businesses have access to the information and resources to capitalize on increased spending expected in June and beyond.
