TRS Kids Foundation and TRS Productions proudly present the 2024 Juneteenth Freedom Festival. Juneteenth commemorates the date, June 19, 1865, two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation and two months after the end of the Civil War, when more than 250,000.00 enslaved people in Texas was informed by the Union troops that the war was over, and they could no longer be legally enslaved.

We will host our 3rd Annual Freedom Festival this year’s theme is “Our Legacy Continues”.

This event will be filled with festivities, entertainment, vendors, resources, organizations, services, and interactive exhibits aimed to educate and inspire.
