Juneteenth commemorates June 19, 1865 — the day enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas were finally informed of their freedom, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed. Today, Juneteenth stands as both a celebration of Black culture and a reminder of the ongoing fight for equality and justice.
Celebrate with a night of music, movement, and performance featuring DJ Flex spinning all your favorite hip hop, pop, EDM, and more all night long. Plus live performances by Savory Soulless with more cast members to be announced.
This event is completely FREE and open to the public for ages 21+.
