Celebrate Juneteenth with a keynote address, panel discussion, and cultural reception exploring equity in medicine and science.
About this Event

Join us for a Juneteenth celebration as researcher and journalist Spencer Kwabena Annor-Ampofo, published in Undark Magazine, shares his work on how historical injustices have shaped science and medicine — including how dermatology has overlooked the unique needs of Black and African patients.

After the keynote, there will be a panel discussion on creating pathways toward equity in healthcare.

Immediately following the event, join us for a cultural reception featuring community vendors.
