Tuning Forks apply sound vibration to recalibrate the body’s energetic field.
Cranial Sacral Therapy relieves muscle and joint tightness in the head, sacrum , and spine.
Reflexoligy (unavailable this month) applies pressure to specific points on thethe body to promote overall balance.
