Build confidence and stay safe in the water with this interactive, beginner-friendly class! Participants will join Inclusive Wellness staff at New London Hills Swim Club (1400 Hamilton New London Rd, Hamilton, OH 45013) in the water from 6:00 to 8:00 pm to learn essential skills for increasing comfort, improving basic swimming techniques, and preventing common water-related accidents.Led by a certified lifeguard and the Inclusive Wellness team, this class costs $25 and offers a supportive environment where individuals can learn at their own pace while gaining practical safety knowledge. This session is a combination of demonstration, hands-on activity, and educational instruction to ensure participants leave feeling more confident and prepared in aquatic settings.
Participants should come dressed in appropriate swimwear.
