50 Kettlebell Swings
50 Lunges
50 Push Presses (35/45 lbs)
50 Burpees
50 Knees-to-Elbows
50 Good Mornings
50 Walking Lunges
50 Wall Balls
50 Double Unders
Participants will complete 50 reps of each exercise to conquer the Filthy Fifty Fitness Gauntlet. We’ll provide the water coolers and the motivation. This event is open to all authorized personnel with base access.
