June Sound Bath at the Lombard Lagoon

Unwind and reconnect at a restorative community sound bath meditation in Lombard. Held inside the peaceful boathouse at Lombard Lagoon, this immersive experience uses crystal singing bowls and therapeutic sound to support deep relaxation, stress relief, and nervous system regulation.
Led by sound therapist and musician Dana Kraszczynski, this session invites you into a shared space of rest, reflection, and gentle connection.
As part of park district wellness programming in the Lombard / DuPage County area, these sessions are intentionally kept small—and they tend to fill quickly.
