With over 13 years of experience in the beauty industry, Sophie is passionate about helping women feel confident in themselves through both inner and outer beauty. Her work combines personalised makeup education with confidence-building tools, creating experiences that help women reconnect with themselves, feel empowered in their own skin, and learn what truly suits them.

From bridal makeup to 1:1 lessons and self-discovery coaching, Sophie’s approach is centered around making beauty feel effortless, personal and uplifting, helping every woman leave feeling like the very best version of herself.

In this session, Sophie will explore the connection between beauty, confidence and visibility in business, and how the way we feel about ourselves can directly impact how we show up in our work.
