June Mommy Meet & Move Workout Class

Meet new mom friends while getting healthier together in this FREE workout class. Little ones are invited but do not have to come for moms to join in! No workout equipment needed. Just bring a water or purchase one at the shop. One ticket per adult and no ticket necessary for your littles! Like all events, kids should be supervised by parents at all times.

Want the extra sweat? Bring some resistant bands or light dumbbells.
