We will run the 0.85-mile course for the 2026 Mile Madness that takes place on September 18-21, 2026. This is a free training run, and everyone is invited. We will meet at the large building before running loops together. Then we will finish by going over recovery tools and techniques.
We will be giving away up to 5 Mile Madness shirts to attendees.
