June Jam Beach Party

Get ready for the largest beach party in town!

Join us in Downtown Griffin on Saturday, June 13th, from 3pm to 9pm for the 20th Anniversary of June Jam Beach Party, presented by The Griffin+Spalding Business and Tourism Association.

At 3pm, the family can hit the sand and enjoy tunes from DJ Tonic, delicious food trucks, and beach games- with 100+ tons of sand on Solomon Street, in front of Imperial Theatre Park, for the largest beach party in town.

Live music will begin at 6pm, featuring Michael Stacey's Margaritaville, a Jimmy Buffett Tribute Band.

The June Jam Beach Party is free to attend.

Purchase a table in the VIP area, a Griffin Downtown Council fundraiser to help support free events downtown throughout the year. The table is $125 and includes eight-person reserved seating and table linens. The VIP area is open from 5pm to 10pm, with the Table decorating contest judging at 6pm; Margaritaville will be the theme for this year's contest.

Use public and street parking on Hill, Broad, and West Solomon Street for parking. South 6th Street will be closed from Bank Street to Solomon Street, and Solomon Street will be closed from Hill Street to South 6th Street for the event.

The City of Griffin, in partnership with the Griffin Main Street Program and the Griffin Downtown Council, hosts 2nd Saturday events. These free, family-friendly events are held in Downtown Griffin every second Saturday of the month, rain or shine.
