June Full Moon Beach Sound Bath

Join us Sunday, June 28th on the sand at 34th Street Beach in Brigantine, NJ for a magical evening of sound, sea, and moonlight.
We’ll gather as the Full Strawberry Moon rises over the ocean to soak in the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls, connect with community, and release anything we’re ready to leave behind.
🍓The Strawberry Moon gets its name from the season of ripening and abundance, reminding us to celebrate growth, gratitude, and all that is beginning to bloom in our lives.
This full moon is in grounded Capricorn, bringing energy of reflection, strength, and realignment. Capricorn reminds us to pause and look at the foundations we are building, what is truly supporting our future, and what we may be carrying that no longer belongs on the journey ahead. It’s the perfect moon to release old patterns, reconnect with your goals, and step forward with more clarity and intention.

No RSVP needed, just come as you are! We recommend arriving early to claim a good spot, walk the beach, pull some cards, journal, set intentions, and dip your toes in the ocean.
As the sun sets and the full moon rises, you’ll be guided through a soothing sound meditation with Paolo on the crystal singing bowls blended with the natural rhythm of the waves.
🧤 IMPORTANT: Even if it is hot during the day, bring layers! The beach can cool down quickly once the sun goes down. Bring a sweatshirt, blanket or towel, beach chair, and anything you need to stay cozy. You are also welcome to bring anything you’d like to charge in the moonlight (crystals, moon water, etc.). A journal is also recommended to capture any insights, releases, or intentions under this powerful lunar energy.
