June Community Collaboration Lab: The Alton Medical District Community
Advertisement
Over the past year, healthcare providers, educational institutions, community organizations, residents, and local leaders have come together to explore a bold question:
What could an Alton Medical District mean for the future of healthcare, workforce development, and community well-being in the region?
Those conversations have generated important insights, identified opportunities, and helped shape a vision for a more coordinated approach to health, education, economic opportunity, and community development.
Now, it's time to move from vision to action.
Join us for our next Community Collaboration Lab, where we'll review what we've learned, explore opportunities for partnership, and begin identifying priorities for the next phase of the Alton Medical District initiative.
We're also pleased to welcome Brian Zilm, Board Member of the Mid-Illinois Medical District Commission, who will share lessons and perspectives from one of Illinois' established medical districts.
📅 June 24, 2026
