Ready to try pole but not sure where to start?At Impulse, we are a no judgement, no drama studio focusing on our students and their journey and goals. We've been changing mindsets and lives since 2010. Our mission is to help you grow stronger and wildly confident through your pole dance journey. Join us!
Our Signature 4-Week Beginner Course is the best way to begin. This is a closed course designed specifically for true beginners. You will start and finish with the same group, learning step by step in a supportive and welcoming environment.
No experience is needed. No strength is required. We teach you everything from the ground up.
Courses begin the week of May 4 through May 9. When you enroll, you choose your day and time and attend that same class each week.

What to expect:
• Small class sizes for personalized attention
• No pole sharing
• Structured beginner curriculum
• A community of people starting at the same level as you
This is the perfect starting point if you have ever felt intimidated walking into a regular class.
Investment: $159 (total is 5, one-hour classes- your course meets once a week at the same day and time, then you have your 5th drop-in style bonus class). Use your 5th class to make up any absences in the same week in another beginner course if space is available, or to experience a class on our drop-in schedule, which is how our Membership clients attend classes after they are ready to "graduate" from Session.
