BY CONTINUING TO REGISTER FOR MS. CATHY'S SMALL GROUP LESSONS, YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THAT IF YOU DECIDE TO NOT ATTEND YOUR SCHEDULED SESSION, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RESELLING YOUR TICKET TO A NEW PARTICIPATE. MS. CATHY SWIM AUSTIN IS NOT A PART OF THE RESALE PROCESS AND NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED.

To verify enrollment, please VENMO @mscathyswim $450 (per participant) along with the participant's name and ticket number and date and time of session within 5 days of registering. *** If payment has not been received within 5 days, registration will be cancelled automatically. If participant still wants to enroll in swim class, and registration has been cancelled, the participant will have to go back through the registration process to re-enroll.

TUITION: $450 (per participant) for a 5 day (Mon-Fri) swim session. All classes must have at least 5 participants registered. If classes have fewer than 5 participants, they will be combined with another session time. You will be notified at least 1 week in advance if your session has been combined with another class. By signing up online, you agree to pay for all children you have enrolled and all sessions they are enrolled in within 5 days. ** You are responsible for finding another student/students from your own family to take their place, and they will make payment directly to you. They can bring in your event ticket stub to take your place in their classes. If the class you are attempting to sign up for is full, please return the swim session page and choose another session time. Special requests CANNOT be accommodated in order to ensure that your children are in a class with their friends, or for any other reason.

All terms and conditions apply. In case of thunder and lightning, children will get out of the pool and Ms. Cathy will assess the situation and determine if more time will be needed and added to extra class times. We swim in the rain.
