This workout is mandatory for all June 2025 black belt candidates. Current and alumni black belts are more than welcome to join us. No under belts or non-students please.
We will be doing a lot of endurance drills to help prepare them for the test.
Proper jogging attire (jogging sneakers, jogging pants or shorts) should be worn. No uniforms, belts, flip flops are allowed. New this time around, all participants must wear a SSTKD t-shirts, sweatshirts, or jackets during the workout.
