2026 GUIDELINES FOR FOOD DISTRIBUTION EVENTS WITH BORICUAS DE CORAZON INC

To ensure an efficient, safe, and respectful experience for all participants, please review and follow the guidelines below:

Vehicle and Food Loading Procedures
For all food distributions, items will be placed directly in your vehicle trunk. Please ensure your trunk is clean, empty, and accessible to facilitate a smooth process.
The only exception applies to vehicles designated for individuals with disabilities, in which case items may be loaded through the right or left passenger door as needed.

Ticket Policy
Each family is allowed one (1) ticket per distribution.
A maximum of two (2) families (two tickets) may be served per vehicle. Valid identification is required to verify that each family resides at a different address.

Vehicle Insurance and Liability
All participants must have valid vehicle insurance.
Please note that Boricuas de Corazón Inc. is not responsible for any damage to vehicles while attending food distribution events, whether on school property or any other designated location.

Right of Admission and Conduct
We reserve the right to deny service to any individual who disrupts the operation or disrespects volunteers or staff. Our volunteers generously donate their time to serve the community, and we ask that all participants treat them with courtesy and respect.

Food Disclaimer
If you receive any food item that you do not wish to keep, you may dispose of it at your discretion. All food distributed is provided at no cost to the community through partnerships with Feeding Tampa Bay and other suppliers.
