- Athlete briefings will kick off at 0800 both days!

💪 Movement
- RX requirements - you should be able to complete high rep gymnastics, handstand push ups, squat with no limitations, run over 200 meters, clean and jerk 225/155, snatch 225/155, and front squat 225/155.
- Scaled requirements - your movement limits should stop at high rep gymnastics (ex: 15+ T2B), wall walks, squat with no limitations, run over 200 meters, clean and jerk 155/95, snatch 155/95, and front squat 155/95.
