June Networking - The Motion Framework

After 20+ years running her own service business, has distilled everything she wishes she'd known from the start into the MOTION Framework – a practical approach to building a business that gives you time freedom, not just revenue.

In this interactive session, Tracy will walk you through all six pillars of the framework: Money Mindset, Objectives, Trust, Influence, Operations, and Nurture. You'll discover why most business owners chase the fruit (revenue, clients, growth) when they should be focusing on the roots and trunk first – and what to do about it.

This isn't a lecture – you'll be thinking through concepts, discussing with others, and leaving with practical quick wins you can implement immediately.

About Tracy:

Tracy Irwin is a finance mentor and founder of Momentum Academy. She built her own accountancy firm in 2002, systemised it completely, ran it remotely from Spain for nine years, and sold it in 2024. Now she mentors service business owners who are making decent money but have no time to enjoy it – helping them understand their numbers, fix their money mindset, and build businesses that work for them rather than the other way around.

About your host

From starting a business in the Netherlands as an expat back in 2019, it was hard to get the right answers and find other business owners who were going through the same challenges.

Where do you find information, support, and recommendations without a network?

Over time, from attending events, asking questions, requesting help, and reaching out to people, I started to build a network of people who have provided invaluable support and have opened up many opportunities.

I love getting to know people, their stories, and their challenges, helping them by ‘connecting the dots’ through connections and collaborations.
