About this Event
Learn the forgotten “simple secrets” to boost metabolism, lower cholesterol, and dramatically improve your diet, health, and energy.
A whole food plant-based diet has been scientifically proven to be the key to preventing or fighting chronic disease.
This class will help you get started or back on track with the initial steps and much more. Lifestyle changes and where and how to begin can be overwhelming. This class is about considering the key factors of what's involved: menu planning, recipes, groceries, lifestyle changes, and more.
Based on the successful 21-Day Kickstart and Power Plant Diet books by Dr. Neil Barnard, MD, founder of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), this class sets the mark to guide you on your plant-based journey.
In addition to the two-hour nutrition class and cooking demo, we’ve created a free, additional three-week, 21-Day Kickstart Support follow-up program. Following the class for the next three weeks, on Thursdays from 7:00 to 8:00, you and your friends are invited to weekly support sessions to share progress, challenges, and results with your colleagues. The login code will be provided to you by email after the initial class, along with other resources and recipes.
