Get ready to move, sweat, and vibe to the infectious rhythms of Soca! ‘Jump and Jiggle’ is a high-energy, feel-good dance class that blends carnival spirit with body-positive movement. Designed for all levels.
Sunday 10 May, 2pm - 3:30pm at Unit3 Studios in Oval/Brixton.
Come let loose, wine your waist, and embrace the power of joyful expression. Shake off stress, celebrate your body, and immerse yourself in a JiggleFiiT class. With music from DJ Leilani Kahdijah, it's all about moving in space of zero judgment, just joyful jiggles!
This class is perfect for beginners learning to move their bodies with confidence or for those interested in soca music. All abilities, bodies and booties are welcome.
About me
Hi, I'm Nana. I'm a Level 2 Exercise to Music qualified dance teacher. I teach fun dance fitness classes that celebrate how your body moves and jiggles, not what it looks like!
My classes encourage movement, music and have an appreciation for Black culture. At JiggleFiiT we believe that every body deserves to jiggle joyfully and without judgement
NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
My classes are judgement free zone. Expect positivity and lots of booty shaking.
