July Zen Night Out

Join us for an evening focused on self-care, connecting with others, unwinding, and engaging in a mindfulness activity to bring a touch of Zen into your life. In the midst of our hectic schedules and endless tasks, finding time for self-care can be a challenge. So, why not take a break and treat yourself to a relaxing and enjoyable evening with us?
This event is on July 9th at 7pm and will be at Hideaway on Angel in Layton.

Radiate Nutrition will be delivering their scrumptious hydration drinks, quenching your thirst without the sugar overload, and they come packed with fantastic health perks, too!

Here’s a little sneak peak of the agenda:
🔹We'll kick things off with Connection Circles, creating an opportunity to socialize, make new friends, and get to know one another. Let's connect, have a good time, and enjoy each other's company.

🔹Next, we'll explore some fantastic tips to bring more Zen into your daily life.

🔹Followed by a relaxing mindfulness session - keep an eye out for an upcoming announcement about our soothing mindfulness session.
🔹And then we’ll wrap it up with some exciting giveaways.
