About this Event

Welcome to our monthly group trail run!

We will run or run/walk for ~ 4-5 miles or so. We usually do an out and back on the Meadowlark Trail, which comes out to 5 miles if we run all the way to the Oerman Roche trailhead.

All women and LGBTQIA+ runners (or aspiring runners) are welcome to come.

There will be a run/walk option, and all paces and levels of experience are encouraged to come.

If you've wanted to try trail running or get into it and value connection/community over pace, this is the perfect group run for you.
