A big white beautiful room with plenty of space! Please bring your yoga mat/meditation pad, pillow, blanket, eye cover and water. Anything you need for your comfort to lie or sit for an hour as you listen to the sounds of instruments being played, calming your nervous system and being in a meditative state, sometimes even sleep if that is what your body needs.
