π¦ Paddle boarding from Ripon to York City Centre across two days over 25 miles/40km of paddling with an experienced instructor

All paddle boarding kit is included, paddle board, wetsuit, buoyancy aid and neoprene socks/gloves if needed.
The event will begin from Aldwark Toll Bridge and finish in York City Centre. It would be easier if you could get a lift to the start and a lift from the event point on the Sunday. If this is not possible please reach out and I will try my best to help.
You will be get a taxi from Aldwark to Ripon which is included in your price. You will be able to leave your overnight bag at Aldwark on arrival and it will be stored securely.
The paddle will begin in Ripon where you will then paddle to Aldwark to then check in to your bell tent for the evening. You will then receive your reflexology time slot (this is on the campsite) and the yoga session will be confirmed on the day which you will do as a group.
There will be refreshments, marshmallows (to toast) and brownies provided by YTO but alcohol must be brought with you as this will be not be included.
The bell tents will be kitted out with bed and bedding. You will be sharing the tents with other people, if you wish to bring your own tent you can do with prior approval as long as their is room.
On the Tuesday breakfast will be provided before setting off on the journey to York centre where we will finish outside the Kings Arms Pub for a drink and a debrief of the weekend.
You will then be required to source your own transport home.
*Paddle Experience is required as this is a long paddle.

*Swimsuit, leggings/t-shirt can be worn under wet suit
*You will require a DRY BAG to store snacks and other bits in whilst on the paddle board
*Remember to bring dry clothes for when we finish on the Saturday
*Towel as you can shower at the campsite
*Shoes you don't mind getting wet (old pair of trainers) NO CROCS allowed on paddle board
*sunglasses to help with the glare of the water
*Packed lunch for both days

*Crocs/Flip Flops for the campsite

*Recommend a dry robe or something similar for the campsite
