July Resonate Soundbath with Becca & Clark Harding

On this evening, Clark and Becca will play a variation of sounds including crystal and alchemy singing bowls, gongs,chimes, and Modular Synthesizer. As you lay down, you will be guided through a meditative journey, setting intentions and allowing the vibrations to clear and balance your energetic body. By connecting to our inner wisdom, and the wisdom of the Earth; we can realign our mind and heart space with clarity of purpose.

General Information:

Doors open at 6:45pm, we will begin the Soundbath promptly at 7:00pm.

Please arrive within 15 minutes of the start time to settle in and enjoy some tea.

What to bring?

• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on.
• Comfy blanket, and/or pillow for your head.
• Bottle of water
• Anything need to ensure you are comfortable laying down for 60min, (i.e. eye pillow, bolster, etc.)

What is a Soundbath ?

For those of you who are wondering what a Soundbath is and what it does:

Theraputic instruments such as crystal singing bowls stimulate the alpha and theta brainwave frequencies associated with meditative, clear and peaceful states of mind. Alpha brainwaves are present during light meditation, day dreaming, and deep relaxation. Theta brainwaves are present during REM dreaming sleep, deep meditatioin, and hypnosis. These states are considered the gateway to the subconscious mind and it's here where we experience heightened creativity, depth of imagination, and access to the subconscious realms where deep seated healing can take place. A fantastic night of sleep usually follows!
