Drawing on Wards’ extensive experience in both residential and commercial property, Harry will discuss how market conditions are evolving, the challenges and opportunities facing the sector, and what businesses and individuals should be aware of in the months ahead. The session will offer valuable local and regional insight into property values, demand, investment activity and emerging trends shaping the market.
