JULY MONTHLY YOGA with Energy Healing

Come Join us on 7/17 from 6:00-6:45 for 30 minutes of a very gentle flow yoga, followed by 15 minutes of Energy work where you will learn to regulate your nervous system! Class is lef by the talented Colleen Herman!

ALL female bodies are welcome! This is a great opportunity if you are looking to just get back into movement. This class is appropriate for all female bodies and is approved for prenatal and postpartum mamas!
