July meeting

The Montgomery County Beekeepers Association will meet Thursday, July 9th at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will be held at Independence Community College West, 2615 West Main in Independence Some of our beekeepers recently attended Fun Day in Lawrence, Ks, hosted by Northeast Kansas Beekeepers Association and gained much valuable information to help in their beekeeping adventure. They will address the group on highlights of that event and give the group information on the different subjects that were presented. Our meetings always include time for questions that beekeepers may have to help with their beekeeping adventure. A door prize related to beekeeping will be given at the meeting. As always, our meetings are open to the public.
