July Homebuyer Education Class

Learn how to achieve financial success! Join us to learn more about budgeting to create savings, debt reduction and asset building, understanding credit, building a good credit rating, consumer protection and dealing with creditors. Please note: this is a 2 part class July 14th and July 16th 1-5pm. Attendance at both sessions is required.

There will be a digital manual available to you. You will have access to print the manual on your own. You can use a laptop, tablet or phone during this virtual class, of course. There will be a 30 minute allotted time for a lunch break.

You will need to provide proof of income prior to receiving your certificate of completion. There will be some intake paperwork and some e-documents for you to complete upon beginning class. We will assist you if you should need.
