About Center for Large Landscape Conservation
The Center for Large Landscape Conservation (CLLC) is the hub of a growing global movement to reverse the fragmentation of the earth’s landscapes and restore nature’s resilience to climate change. Large protected areas, like our national parks, are essential, but what happens when unchecked development increases between them? Roads, buildings, fences, and other barriers prevent wildlife from roaming freely and pose a danger to animals and drivers alike—an issue we witness daily in the Gallatin Valley. Discover how CLLC is leading efforts to establish wildlife crossings and reduce habitat fragmentation both locally and around the world.
