The program includes drills, scrimmage games, and age-based punt, pass, and kick competitions, allowing participants to showcase and apply their skills. If participation allows, girls will have the opportunity to compete in girls-only games.
Whether participants are new to the sport or looking to advance their abilities, all are welcome to join and develop their skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.
