In 1990 the Kamloops Sports Council held their first official meeting, the ground work began for a unified sport advocacy group to promote communication, development, education and participation of sport in the greater Kamloops area. The council is a not-for-profit society governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Kamloops Sports Council meets the second Tuesday of each month from September to June. Two founding members of the Board, Barb Warsimage and Carolynn Boomer are st
ill on the Board today. We are committed to excellence in sport management through leadership, mentoring, and partnership. 🤝📣
