INcircle offers relationship-based, accessible primary care for individuals and families, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, urgent visits, mental health, sexual health, LGBTQ+ health, HIV treatment and prevention, weight management, and more.
INcircle Health is built on a simple idea: affordable, high-quality primary care should be accessible even without health insurance. Through a transparent monthly membership model, patients receive more time with their doctor, direct communication, same- or next-day access when available, and clear pricing for everyday primary care needs. Patients do not need insurance to become members, and those who do have insurance can still use it for services outside the practice, such as medications, labs, imaging, and specialist care.
