MECAP Recording artists 4Cast and Damon Karl deliver this special WOW evening with a heavy dose of Michael Jackson and Babyface material, plus some other choice legendary soul men.
4Cast, who have achieved two national #1 singles with "Girl U Good" and "Take A Chance (On Romance)" have a member of Babyface's band C.Jayy in their group. He has been with the Indianapolis legendary native son for two years. Group leader and founder Al Wayne also performed in Babyface's band on dates in the Bahamas and South Africa this year. Neko.Vynez, the third member is quite adept as a songwriter and is writing on new music for some of his labelmates.
4Cast has opened concerts for Babyface, Johnny Gill, Anthony Hamilton and Loose Ends. They are currently in the recording studio in Atlanta working on material for their first-ever album set for release in the fourth quarter of this year. A new single is dropping this Summer along with a music video.are the other two members.
Damon Karl, singer/acoustic guitarist has scored a hit with his song "Don't Wake Me Up (If I'm Dreaming)", which was written and produced by the legendary Reggie Griffin. In his career Damon has opened four shows for Babyface in Louisville, Philadelphia, Atlanta and Indianapolis. He has also opened concerts for Patti LaBelle, Keith Sweat, The Isley Brothers, Ashanti and Midnight Star. He had the pleasure of dueting with Karyn White when she appeared at Indiana Black Expo's Heritage Music Festival. He is recording a new single that will be released this Summer.
The two acts will be backed by The Triple Threat Band of Tariq Stallings (musical director, keyboards), Cameron Brown (guitar, bass guitar) and Kimeon Sumler (drums)
