Event: Breastfeeding Basics

Location: St. Peter's Health Education Center
This class is led by SPH Lactation Consultants (IBCLC). They discuss the benefits of breast milk, the anatomy and physiology of lactation, the elements that promote successful feedings, determining adequate milk intake and how to return to work while breastfeeding.
*seats are limited, please register to reserve your seat.
*All participants will be required to follow the masking policy in place at the time of the class.
*Spouses/partners are welcome
