Celebrate Independence Day with a full day of Wild West Family Fun at Tweetsie Railroad and the largest fireworks show in the High Country.
On Saturday, July 4th, Tweetsie Railroad will be open extended hours, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m., in honor of the nation's birthday, as well as the 69th anniversary of the opening of the Tweetsie Railroad theme park (established July 4, 1957).
Fireworks viewing is free and does not require a park admission fee. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets.
Parking is free, just as all other days. Please note the parking lot is large but does fill up, so arriving early is recommended.
A Daily Admission ticket is valid for park entry on July 4th. No special ticket is required. Tickets are $65 for adults (age 13+), $45 for children (ages 3-12) and free for toddlers (age 2 and under).
