July 4th Coed Doubles Charity Play-Up Tournament

To register:
Post in the event with your division and teammates then send payment via Venmo (Haden-Franken) or Cashapp ($Had3nF) to register!
We will have a snack table with coffee, bars, fruit, energy drinks, gatorade, etc. available all day, as well as Acai Bowls coming around Noon!
Time and Location:
- The tournament will run from 8:45am - 3pm at Leroy Haagen
Memorial Park in Vancouver, WA
- Captains meeting at 8:45am and first serve at 9:00am sharp!
- This tournament will end at 3pm sharp to accommodate your July 4th plans
Format & rules:
- There will be A/AA, B/BB, and Novice divisions, with 12 teams in each division (up to 36 total)
- 1M and 1F required per team
- At the end of each match, the winning team will receive points equal to the point differential between them & their opponents. (example - if you win a game 21-17, the winning team gets 4 points, and losing team gets 0)
- Matches will be played for 30 minutes (no point cap) followed by a 15 minute break in between each match, then the winning team will move up a court and the losing team will move down a court and the 30 minute timer will reset
- We will have a 45 minute break at Noon so everyone can fuel and rest, then get back to playing at 12:45 sharp
Prizes:
- The top team in each division will get to choose among 3 charities, and all proceeds for that division will go to the chosen charity!
- Our charity options will be: Friends of Trees, Impact NW, & Lift Up PDX
Cost:
- Registration is $60/team ($30/person). Registration will close 1 week before the event on June 27th, at which point any unpaid teams will automatically be dropped!
*No refunds after June 27th (payment deadline)!*
You may also register as a free agent and try to get picked up!
