July 4th Celebration on Ocean Drive
About this Event
Celebrate Independence Day at the July 4th Celebration on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach. Presented by the Ocean Drive Association in partnership with the City of Miami Beach, the evening’s main event is a free concert by the Miami Beach Classical Music Festival beginning at 8:30 PM, followed by fireworks at 9:00 PM at Lummus Park on Ocean Drive.
During the fireworks, the orchestra is positioned directly under the display and performs the 1812 Overture along with themes representing the U.S. military branches throughout the fireworks. The concert continues with additional repertoire until 10:30 PM.
Bring chairs and blankets for comfortable viewing.
