💻 COWORKING FORMAT: 3 Hour Sessions

Opening Questions:

1. What are you celebrating from this month?

2. What tasks will you be focusing on for today’s coworking session?

The Pomodoro Technique:

*We will be using a shortened version of the Pomodoro Technique during our sessions:*

1. Identify a task or tasks that you need to complete.

2. Set a timer for 25 minutes.

3. Work on a task with no distractions.

4. When the alarm sounds, take a 10-minute break.

5. Repeat the process 3-4 more times.

6. Take a longer 30-minute break and start again.

Closing Question:

1. What wins/new insights are you celebrating post coworking session?
2. Are there any events or resources that you'd like to share with the group?
