July 2026 Monthly Meet - "An Evening with Peter Warren"

Join us for an evening with renowned bonsai artist Peter Warren as he shares his knowledge and experience in a talk covering:
• General summer bonsai work
• Defoliation techniques
• Pine pruning
Following the talk, Peter will be offering tree critiques and advice, so members are encouraged to bring along trees for discussion and feedback.
The evening will also include our popular Bonsai Tree of the Month competition, so make sure to bring a tree to enter in either the beginner, intermediate or advanced categories. Winners and runners-up in each category will receive a certificate and points towards our annual competition. The competition is still open to anyone attending for the first time.
There will also be a sales table, providing the opportunity to buy and sell anything from trees, pots, tools and books.

💷 FREE for South East Bonsai Club members
💷 £10 for non-members
Whether you’re an experienced enthusiast or completely new to bonsai, everyone is welcome. Come along for an enjoyable and informative evening with fellow bonsai lovers.
