USE OF GROUNDS AND ARENA
1. All riders attending must have on file with the SDCE /Casey Tibbs a signed Release of Liability and a parent/guardian indemnification agreement, if applicable. Guest must sign a liability release
form before riding, training, or otherwise working with horses on SDCE/ Casey Tibbs Western Center/ Case Tibbs Riders Events.property.
2. Anyone using SDCE/ Casey Tibbs Western Center/ Case Tibbs Riders Events.facilities does so at his or her own risk. SDCE/ Casey Tibbs Western Center/ Case Tibbs Riders Events. shall not be liable for any injury or property damage incurred by members and/or guests using the club’s facilities,
4.All dogs must be on leashes while on the SDCE/ Casey Tibbs Western Center/ Case Tibbs Riders Events.(requirement of Animal Control
Department).
6. No person under the age of 18 may ride or handle a stallion on the grounds (requirement of SDCE/ Casey Tibbs Western Center/ Case Tibbs Riders Events. insurance).
7. Any rider on SDCE/ Casey Tibbs Western Center/ Case Tibbs Riders Events grounds under the age of 18, must wear an approved helmet. (requirement of SDCE/ Casey Tibbs Western Center/ Case Tibbs Riders Events.insurance).
8. Boots are required for all contestants
9. No one under the age of 21 may consume alcoholic beverages on the property (State law and a requirement of our liquor license).
10. Parents shall be responsible for the supervision of their minor children while on the SDCE/ Casey Tibbs Western Center/ Case Tibbs Riders Events.grounds.

ARENA ETIQUETTE
1. SDCE/ Casey Tibbs Western Center/ Case Tibbs Riders Events. renas and facilities are available for the use and enjoyment of ALL riders. Please observe GOOD SENSE AND COMMON COURTESY in the use of these facilities.
2. All contestants and their family members and/or friends are expected to display good sportsmanship at all times.
3. Foul language, misconduct or derogatory, threats and abusive (this includes arguing) comments spoken to any contestant, spectator, staff member or volunteer will result in a disqualification and possible suspension of being able to compete at SDCE/ Casey Tibbs Western Center/ Case Tibbs Riders Events. This also includes any abuse of the sportsmanship rules via social media, face to face, email or any type of negative communication will result in disqualification and suspension of membership.
3.Horses are not to be turned loose during the jackpot/ gymkhana
4. Arena gates are to remain closed at all times, except when they are being used for entering or exiting the arenas.
Trash: Please pick up all of your trash (and any that you see). Lets leave the facility better than we found it. So we can continue to have races here.
Contestants running multiple horses should remember that the draw is random. Often, the producers will attempt to space out a rider’s horses as a courtesy. This can only be done if you arrive early in the day and complete your entries in ample time so that the producers can attempt to space out your horses. This is done as a courtesy. If you arrive after the open has begun, there will be no guarantee that your horses will be spaced apart.
