OC → Julian Pie Run (Because Roads Exist to Be Ridden in Winter when Everyone Else Has Their Bikes Garaged for 3 more months)
We’re rolling out of Orange County and pointing the bikes south like adults who make good life choices.

Route:
I-5 → 78 → 79 → Julian
Then 78 back → 15 → Lake Elsinore
Beer stop at Hell's Kitchen; Say Hi to Frank.
Finish it off either Ortega (if the vibes are right) or 15 → 91 (if you’ve got responsibilities).
Why this ride doesn’t suck:
- 78 brings gentle sweepers, elevation, no stop lights and clean rhythm
- Julian pie is mandatory, not optional. You don't have to eat the entire pie in one sitting.
- Ortega on the way home hits different when the sun’s low
