WORKSHOP: Rooted Strength – Standing as Grounding Practice
To stand up one must first reach down, ground and refine the relationship to gravity, one of life’s constants. In this workshop we will work on cultivating stability in body and mind. In this
earthy, sweat-and-soul session, we root ourselves in presence and align with what matters most. Includes mantra, breath exploration, and foundational alignment in a classic Jivamukti asana setting. Ideal for anyone wanting to feel more grounded , clear-headed , and steady.
