This is a classic mastermind where you and a room of your peers will work through some of your biggest goals and challenges. This is the proactive day you always wished you had, but never take for yourself. A day to get clarity, see a way through your latest challenge, bounce ideas off other business owners, and get business and life coaching from Sarah Stokes, a certified as mastermind facilitator and multi-million dollar business creator.
Some of the best outcomes from our mastermind days (Yes, this kind of epic shift can come in one day!) include: Deciding to open a new business, write a book, collaborate on a project, get a new lead worth thousands of dollars, and getting the courage to make a necessary team member change.

Sarah Stokes is a Business Breakthrough Coach for the open-hearted, overwhelmed, overgiver. She helps women “de-should” their businesses to make room for more profits and joy. Her company, The Juicy Good Life, has helped thousands of women create more sustainable and successful businesses through coaching, education, retreats, podcasts, and masterminds.
Sarah Stokes is an award-winning business strategist, who has successfully scaled three companies to multiple millions. Sarah is certified in the leadership work of Dr. Brene Brown and mastermind certified with Tony Robbins. She approaches business growth and sales by being rooted in the true value of the service she provides and loves to help other women do the same.
In her first career, Sarah was a TV news anchor for nearly two decades. She married her co-anchor and they exited the TV news world to be with their two kids in the evening, instead of at the anchor desk. Sarah’s business background includes publishing, scaling, and selling a women’s magazine and creating an award-winning global marketing agency that she led for eight years before retiring it so she could business coach full time. Her heart is in philanthropy, and she is happiest hanging out in her pj’s on the dock at her lake home.
Nicole Lewis-Keeber is a business therapist/coach/author of How to Love Your Business and founder of Love Your Business School for trauma-conscious business owners.
Nicole works with entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders to help them create and nurture healthy relationships with their businesses. Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work and a rich experience working as a therapist and coach. Nicole trained directly with Brené Brown to become Certified in Brené Brown’s The Daring Way™ and Dare To Lead™ methodologies; She has also been featured on numerous media outlets, including Fast Company and NPR, for her work in breaking the stigma of mental health and business ownership.
Nicole has studied the impact of trauma on entrepreneurship and is a thought leader at the intersection of trauma and business ownership. Nicole writes and speaks about the impact of trauma on entrepreneurship and is a sought-after subject matter expert.
Nicole combines therapeutic processes with business coaching to help entrepreneurs build emotionally sustainable and financially successful businesses.
Rachelle Guse is an alternative wellness provider and retired Marriage and Family Therapist.
Rachelle has been our sound bath facilitator every year at our Juicy Good Conference because she is that good. Expertly trained in this healing modality, Rachelle tunes into the energy of our attendees and the overall themes of the conference, to hit the right notes energetically on her beautiful gemstone bowls.
Rachelle brings her years of therapeutic insight and energy healing talents to you so that you can move the energy your conscious mind can’t always reach.
When she’s not playing bowls, Rachelle is working with clients as a talented toe reader, Chinese Elements expert, and reiki practitioner.
