Liveable Kirkland's Bike Valet will provide a free safe spot that works like a coat check for your bikes, strollers, or scooters.
Car parking is available next door at Helen Keller Elementary and on neighborhood streets.
On 108th Ave NE in front of the park during the picnic there will be a drop-off-only zone and ADA parking.
